Moharram and Ghaz

Hae! Gham-e-Hussain! Moharram a month of pain, suffering and on the other hand to recognize that Islam is because of Imam Ali A.S. family sacrifice in Karbala and Sham not only for the Shia believers but for the entire world.  Imam Hussain A.S. left behind for us an example of life to follow which is hardly practice nowadays. Stand by the truth is not as easy as it sounds like. History shows how Allebait gave their lives, so we could have Islam as a guide in our. Right from the day when Mola Hussain A.S. decided to leave Medina to Karbala, Iraq, remembering him and his family in Moharram is a very humble way to show him that we are trying to learn from his life and his death. We belong to a Syed family therefore we cry the killing of our Imam, his sons, his brothers, his daughters,  Bibi Zanaib A.S., her sons, and some of their followers. Now for generations we are gathering in our home Gujrat to recall the hyenas assassinations of Karbala and in a very respectful way mourn the horrendous crime committed against not just this household but humanity. My father Syed Pir Nasar Ud Daulah and my Mom Syeda Farakh Saeeda Ud Daulah sponsor and organized (Majlises) place of sitting for women calling upon ‘Zakirines’ and ‘Allamas’ from around the country to revive by  words of knowledge those events in Karbala and Sham. I wish and hope that God give us the strength to continue as successors to keep Allebait and the 14 Masooms lives and sacrifice alive in our hearts for generations to come.

Ghazia Porzana is fulfilling the role of one of us by leading and organizing the Majlises there in Pakistan. Since Mom is in a recovering situation from her heart bypass. Being my sister I know she is doing a great job. Today is the day of her coming to this world. We all remember you Ghaz! I won’t say more than that since it is Moharram. God bless you!

With lots of love from all of us here in London and in Cumana....

Nara-e-Haderi!

Yaaaa Ali!
