Future is predictable?

Future predictions were made and they seem to be all coming true .. in some strange way, they are not too far from its accuracy ..

This is remarkable .. and if there are people in this universe that have the power of continuous correct prediction, would they also possess ability to predict that peace and well being, as we move into another year, prevail ? 
The world does not seem to think so. Violence and disintegration, disrespect towards those very elements that propagated the better goodness of life, intolerance, demarcation of societies and cultures and religions and bringing that element of separateness within us, even when we were fast forgetting or wiping them away ..

We could be sitting here talking for the rest of our lives on these issues and fail to find a solution … but that is the basic truth among us all ! Caste, colour, religion and region is and shall continue to find a place in the polity and in their minds. They and we may have similar thoughts and sentiments and emotion. But when it comes to a choice, it is always the one, that can fall in a safe zone of their belief !

Great strength is necessary to obtain any kind of victory. But mute strength shall never be enough. It s not as though we are visiting another country or planet to conquer it. We are there, so we can understand them better. To have some of the answers that are needed. To not succumb to norms that have through decades and centuries deprived us of making a difference …

The state of the mind is such that it can function without our intervention. It can bark perhaps - left alone it may even bite off a bit of your leg, but whether that would rid us of what many now believe as a path already taken, which promises never to turn around, I am not certain whether that would find favour. !!!

Journeys seem easy these days, but they do bring a certain lethargy and desire to rest ..

I am easy … or least feeling that I am easy. Let them come, in one’s and two’s in hoards and in the necessity they deserve … routines cannot change … they must not !!
