It is strange that so many people are benefited from this system of the NHS, which is still up and running. There so many articles written about the negatives and positives overlook of the NHS that this might be the one dent to change the way it works.
Being a customer to the system, afterall i am human and wanted or not i have to go for alignment every three to six months. The problem comes when you go to the GP. GP I really don't understand the purpose of these so call doctors. I mean don't get me wrong, they have the knowledge of sitting there in a office paid by us the taxpaper, and do a mechanical job which can be done by anyone. For example, few days back my wife went to the Medical Centre because she had a cut on her hand which was not healing up properly. I couldn't beleive what i heard coming out form this supposely doctors who is earning on the rounds of 5 figures sum. He said "I am not qualify to attend this kind of injuries, can you please see the nurse" Me and my wife came out from the surgery shocked! to know that this doctor is the person who we rely on and put our lifes on their hands. Incredible! I remebered also that my little nephew Rehan had a bad flu few months back, eventually we all end up having the smae flu he had. Anyway knowing the system when you have a flu you don't go to the doctor because it is treated by medicine sold over the the counter by any pharmacy. If you are not getting better by the week then you should go to a GP because this could be a viral infection and you need some kind of antibiotic which is not sold without a prescription. Little Rehan was vomitting and with diarhea for a good week without any treatment from the Medical Centre to which we are register. By the second week we had to take him to the GP after a long 5 minutes visit it the GP prescribed him Deorite to stop his vomiting and diarhea, he coould not get dehydrated for the loss of so many liquids. The 3rd week Rehan was feeling better by himself without the help of medication.
I think the GP system should be changed. Or may be give these doctors an intesive course in medical schools, so they can learn not to play with peoples lives as they are at the moment. I hope this new government will and should make this change since they are changing a lots of things around.
Love to all....
