Vicky Pryce once married to Chris Huhne, went to a newspaper with the story after their marriage broke up.
Huhne
had admitted asking Pryce to take his speeding points to avoid losing his
licence in 2003, and Pryce was convicted of having agreed to do so.
Pryce,
60, an economist, accused of perverting the course of justice by taking Huhne's
speeding points in 2003. She is claiming a defence of marital coercion. Chris Huhne,
a former energy secretary, pleaded guilty on the first day of his trial, on 4
February, and resigned as the Liberal Democrat MP for Eastleigh, in Hampshire.
The judge said Huhne, 58, had fallen from a "great height" but any tragedy was their "own fault". The judge sentences both of them to jail imprisonment of 8 months.
I wanted to tell you about this recent news that was covering headlines in news just to show that the law is above everything. A MP could go to prison for a speeding ticket issued. The system is working not like other countries where everybody comes first and nobody listens to what the judicial system have to say.
Corruption is the reason why third world countries remain undeveloped.
I felt very proud to see that the law is the same for everyone, well at least in Britain.
Watch and learn...
Love to all....
